The company was established as a full-fledged and integrated Construction and Engineering & real estates development firm to provide bespoke, innovative and customer-centric Construction and Engineering development and real estate brokerage services. In accomplishing our set goals and objectives, we have painstakingly since inception recruited a crop of dedicated and result-oriented team to tirelessly drive and pursue the company's vision.
It is noteworthy to state here that the company commenced full operations at No 90, Awolowo Way, Ikeja Lagos on the 1st of October, 2007 with just two staffers and by May, 2008 the company's staff strength had risen to 15 (out of which about 5 are professional staff). It is pertinent to also state here that the company relocated to its current corporate office – No 42, Toyin Street, Ikeja, Lagos on the 1st of July, 2013.
Since inception, the company has grown in leaps and bounds all to the glory of the Almighty. The company commenced its business campaign with the construction and engineering & real estates services across the country with solid relationships with both local, state and federal government, also we have enjoyed so much patronage from private sector both individual and organizations.
With the first two projects translating into a good and commendable success, the future was indeed set for the company and indeed since then, the public's acceptance of the company has continued to assume the upward curve.
Currently, the company has different major projects running across the country.
It is also noteworthy to mention that the company's Board of Directors has been constituted with the erstwhile geo scientist from the United States of America – Mrs. Mojisola Makinde, being appointed as the Board Chairman. We are most optimistic that this action will provide the company with the much needed leadership direction and vision. The company's key management staff has also been strengthened in a bid to provide our clients with world class modern construction and engineering professional services.
